Jonna Carter grew up in Berkeley, California and now writes children’s stories for Folkmanis Puppets, a nature-inspired toy company. She is the author of Home Sweet Baby, a picture book for kids anticipating the birth of a new sibling. She holds an MFA in Fiction from San Francisco State University.
